Tanganyika District Council staff shall be fair, open, truthful, and honest and shall conduct their duties in such a manner that will protect the Council’s integrity.
Tanganyika District Council staff shall participate fully in all Councils activities for the betterment of the Council.
Sexual relationship among Tanganyika District Council staff who are not spouses or any person who has direct interest with the council is strictly prohibited.
Tanganyika District Council staff shall abide to the requirements of their respective code of act No. 8 of 1982, section 20A of act No. 10 of 1982, public service code of conducts and any other legislation which govern public service affairs.
